The Conduct and Appeal Committee

RICS takes disciplinary action in cases where professionals or regulated firms fall short of the standards they are expected to meet. The Conduct & Appeals Committee, which comprises of RICS professionals and non-professionals, forms Panels from its own to hear cases against organisations (firms) and individual professionals regulated by RICS. The Panels also hear Registration Appeals, and Appeals against the decisions of another panel. Full details of the RICS’ disciplinary regime, including recent and forthcoming hearings, can be found at  www.rics.org.uk
